As with most nonprofit arts organizations, ticket prices cover only a portion of our costs. As a Member, you support our programs and get benefits, too!

As a Member of the Amherst Cinema and Pleasant Street Theater, you help us keep the reels rolling with first-run independent film, critically acclaimed documentaries, foreign language cinema, retrospectives of classic masterpieces, and more. And you save money every time you come to the movies!

Education and Cultural Arts

Your annual Membership helps us offer a wide range of superb films and provide educational and cultural programs to diverse audiences, including visits by acclaimed and emerging filmmakers, talks by film experts, student film festivals, film series, and rare and treasured archive films.
